Redecorating Preview
Our first stop is the family room where we will be replacing the carpet and getting a new couch - here you can see the new paint on the walls.
The status of the kitchen is a bit up in the air at this point, but the painting is done, for those trivia buffs out there, the name of the color near the ceiling is Ginger.
The living room will get new carpet, a rug, and it is already pained "Oat Flour", not "Oat Flower" as I originally thought - hey, how did I know that oats didnt' have flowers?!
The dining room will have crown molding added, and perhaps some furniture items (I can't remember the name of the furniture that exists to hold and display china), and new lighting, the dining room is also done in "Oat Flour"
The entry hall will also get new lighting
While the downstairs bathroom is a little more yellow and is slated for new lighting and a new mirror - as you can see that the old one is gone.
Emily's room is a dramatic lavender and she is looking forward to new furniture. Matthew's room (not shown) will get a racing stripe and a bunk bed.
