Spinal Headache update - on the mend, I believe

Don't want to be overly optimistic here, but I think that things are getting a little better - but they are doing so slowly. I am trying to stay vertical for most of the day (although with no real activity) to see how bad the headaches get. Thus far (early afternoon), not so bad - although my back is sore from all the lying down of the past few days - such a tricky balance to achieve. I will be much happier when I can get back to the gym.

Glimpsing ahead at the bigger picture - I will be able to focus on the actual results of this spinal tap next week and I will definitely be pushing the angiogram out into the future a bit as I want to get all this back pain/headache/medical angst behind me for a while before I attempt the angiogram.

Thanks to all for the support!
